Women (the feminine gender) are undoubtedly the building blocks of society. Not only they perform the backhand processes of all day to day activities, they are the generators of life. They demand an extra unit of respect. But thinking logically they also need some extra care to maintain and compliment their inborn capabilities and strength.  Few days ago we made our presence felt by introducing the peeps to gym and fitness.If you missed out you can always we recommend you to read it here.  And now we feel glad to be presenting some fitness tips for all our ladies. So go through the article ladies and make a plan to get what you always desired.




Over all these years women in gym has always been considered as unnatural sight!! Well ladies it’s time to break the myth!!!!  With the change in every other thing in India, our fitness sense and desires have revolutionized too... We see women stepping into fitness points, breaking sweats, perspiring and aspiring for a ripped body. So to assist all the beautiful ladies we try to throw light on some problems faced by them and their solutions.
Some concerned issues for all Indian ladies are...

·            1. How to make time for it? 
·               2. Will I be able to continue it?
·               3.  Is this safe?
·               4. Am I capable?
·               5.  Social issues
·               6.  Hesitation

Bamboozled by the questions???   Well here we are with the answers...

You won’t ever get the time for gym; you will have to make it. Remember No one is too busy to perform a particular task, it’s all about the priorities.  I m damn sure that anyone of you can filter out an hour or two for your workouts, given you really want to. Easiest way out...   Well just skip a daily soap. Provide yourself with a reason, a reason to get the transformation.  It can be anything...to capture opposite gender’s attraction, to make your ex jealous, an extra bit of attention from your husband, or simply a better lifestyle. Most ladies feel that they are not ever going to fight out with other people and thus don’t need to put in some extra efforts to remain fit. Well lovely ladies you don’t need to be fit to fight against others, your fitness helps you fight against yourself, when times tough and situations get rough, its a fit ass which make its way through.

Secondly get you facts straighten and dump all your misconceptions. A gym won’t turn you into a muscular beast until you don’t work out like a beast. Work out doesn’t really mean doing WORK by going OUT. When it comes to fitness, gym is not the only place to turn up, a dance class, yoga at home, aerobics all contribute equally.
Now my answers to capability related questions. From past 5 years (excluding 2014) the topper of toughest examination, IAS, has been girls. 27% of the world’s third strongest army, the Indian Army, is composed of girls.  More than 45% of females living metros are working women. The chairperson of India’s largest bank, State Bank of India is a female, Mrs. Arundhati Bhattacharya. All these facts persuade me to draw the same conclusion, Females are not weak, they are not less capable than men and it’s all about realisation.
Now i turn my attention towards one more issue encircling females, social issues and hesitation. You have to lose some battles for winning a war. Step out of the stereotype and retrospective ideology of these hollow social customs. You can’t always be given a change, you yourself have to bring it.   Don’t let any impertinent remarks or comments by the so called uncles, aunties or bhaiyas  weaken you, on the contrary make them your motivation. You don’t need to answer them let the consequences of your endeavour answer them.

Now since all our gorgeous ladies have made up their minds, let us assist you in your fitness plan. Your mind must be full of many questions as to how and when...

·                 1. How to get going?
·                 2.  What times should i choose?
·                 3 .What to eat?
·                 4.   What exercises should i go for?

Well for working women an early hour off bed would do. Trust me when I say that this hour is something special for quite opposite to your earlier schedule. It would be fun, it would have a positive output, and you will be concentrating better on your work and will be blessed with a better and sound sleep...!!!
And for housewives too opting for the dawn as time for workout is best. Its definitely gonna accelerate your capability of doing household works.
So with time set, let us know about eating bodies. A fit body is a perfect combo of great workout and some quality diet. My first recommendation, be miles away from dieting, an undue torture for your body. Just alter your eating habits. Have a big no for fried stuff. Depend on green veggies. Common the kitchen queens you know how to make delicious stuffs from those veggies.  Eat salads and fruits.
And for exercises, you have thousands of them, but if you are beginner, initiate your mission with some very light ones. Very basic ones are the breathing exercises fro baba ramdev. Skipping would be a fabulous idea. Believe in the power of yoga. Make your body accustomed to these entry level exercises and then we will guide you to more complex ones.

The summers are on its peak, the sun is as bright as ever,and the perspiration is heavy as it can be. But for the visionaries "If you aspire,you have to perspire". It is vacation time now and we know that most of you want to utilize this time in gyms and get a fit body. But for that purpose you need to have a plan,because "If you are failing to plan,then you are planning to fail". A nice and neat fitness plan is what you need to have biceps you want.
 So here we are at your service providing  some key points to the first time gym goers.For now we concentrate over diet and workouts.

DIET 

           A common conception or rather misconception among  the starters is that Dieting is a necessary evil to adopt in order to get a well toned body. The reality is an exact contradiction.  Never ever push your body with things like dieting. Remember a ripped body is 60% exercise and 40% balanced diet. So replace the word 'dieting' with 'balanced or strict diet' . Another stereotypical retrospective thinking that must be expelled is the number of diets. A breakfast, lunch and dinner is not the only way of taking some nutrients into your body, but as per the researches you must ingest at least 6 times a day at an interval of every2 hours.
You don't need a full tummy diet every time,just a little here and there. A well distributed diet pumps up your body metabolism and optimizes your cellular activities.

What to eat is as serious a question as when to eat,but you need not bother as we are up with an answer.

In order to understand the type of food you need to know the purpose it serves. Food is just a source of calories and you need calories to get energy. Your body requires an optimum amount of calories each day.

Remember that the food should be nutrient rich and heavy. Your body needs an optimum amount of everything but excess of none so having self control is must. Just try and manage eating neat, by neat i mean not a lot of fried stuff. Remember that your body needs some vitamins,some proteins but also some fat. Fat because many of the vitamins are fat soluble. Also you need to take diet with low 'Glycemic index' and a lot of fiber.




WOKOUT

  You wont get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have. You have to work hard. You need to pump yourself up at least 30 mins a day. A weight if you are a guy and a simple jog for girls.  You need to be simple when a starter give your muscles scope to stretch. You must chase your heroes but remember it took years for a  Jay Cutler or Lazer Angelov to get in a shape they are. As stated above keep things simple. Don't try to move an extra yard when you can't. Don't rupture your muscles as it will make your fitness plan move in a reverse direction. 
Your muscles require some rest too,so have a deep and nice slumber of about 8 hours.  Try to expand your body limits. Try to enhance your stamina.  Try to get strong. When the going gets tough the tough gets going. Keep it simple keep it healthy.
